AMARC Enterprises, in conjunction with the Foundation for Advancement in Cancer Research, has been for the past few years conducting a Quality of Life Study for humans to evaluate the total effect that Poly-MVA, along with conventional/CAM treatments, can have. In this time, we have had the opportunity to learn a great deal, information which is then utilized to help people in the most informed way we can.

AMARC is now moving forward with plans to conduct the same kind of study for pets. (At this time, the study is open to dogs and cats only.) The goal of this research study is to gather information on parameters such as energy, mood, efficacy and others. These will be tracked on a monthly basis in relation to the use of Poly-MVA for Pets.

Quality of life is particularly important in pet health care, where treatment decisions and side effects directly impact a pet’s functionality and ability to enjoy normal life activities. This is especially significant in the areas of cancer and chronic disease, where pets often suffer from debilitating side effects as a result of standardized treatments.

Attention to the quality of life of a pet with cancer or is especially paramount, as we all want our loved one to live as comfortably and happily as they can during treatment of disease and beyond. For more information on quality of life during cancer, visit our Cancer Info page.

If you are a pet owner who wishes to have your pet participate in this Quality of Life Study, or if you're a veterinarian who would like to refer this study to a patient, a number of benefits will be available to owner and pet. First of all, pets will have the opportunity to experience the benefits thousands of animals enjoy every day as a result of Poly-MVA for Pets.
